Copyright Infringement Notice
Last updated: 2026-10-31
If you believe something posted on MiniWiki infringes your copyright, here is how to tell us.
1.Designated agent
MiniWiki has a designated agent to receive notices of claimed copyright infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If a MiniWiki page, short post, comment, or photo uses your copyrighted work without permission, send your notice to:
- Company: Wonderers, Inc.
- Agent: Copyright Agent, Wonderers, Inc.
- Address: 1F, Building B, 616 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul 06174, Republic of Korea
- Phone: +82-10-7145-3247
- Email: help@mini.wiki
Email is the fastest way to reach us. For problems other than copyright (such as harassment or personal information), report the content while logged in or email the same address.
2.What your notice must include
Under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3), your notice must include all six of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf (typing your full name at the end of the email is fine).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works on MiniWiki are covered by a single notice, a representative list of them.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it on MiniWiki (such as the page address).
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
A notice that does not substantially include these elements may not be acted on.
3.What we do when we receive a notice
- When we receive a notice that meets these requirements, we promptly remove or disable access to the material, and we notify the user who posted it.
- We may forward the notice, including your name and contact information, to the user who posted the material, so that they can send a counter notice.
4.Counter notice
If you posted the material and believe it was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notice to the designated agent above. Under 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3), your counter notice must include all four of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location on MiniWiki where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which MiniWiki may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person’s agent.
When we receive a counter notice that meets these requirements, we promptly send a copy to the person who sent the original notice and tell them that we will restore the material in 10 business days. We restore the material no less than 10 and no more than 14 business days after we receive the counter notice, unless our designated agent first receives notice from the person who sent the original notice that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material. The name and contact information in your counter notice are also forwarded to that person.
5.Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights (see the Terms of Service).
6.False notices
Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. If you are not sure whether a use is authorized, consider talking to a lawyer before you send a notice.
7.Personal information in notices
We use the name, address, phone number, and email in a notice or counter notice to handle it and to decide whether an account repeatedly infringes, and we may forward them to the other party as the law provides (see the Privacy Policy).
