Terms of Service

A simple summary of the promises for using MiniWiki.

This is a courtesy translation. The Korean original prevails if they differ.

1.Who can use MiniWiki

You can sign up and use MiniWiki only if you are 14 or older.

2.My MiniWiki is mine

The posts, photos, and visibility of the MiniWiki you make are all up to you. Writing, editing, deleting, and deciding who sees it are entirely your call. Every page starts private.

3.Who can see it

For each page you can choose private, friends only, or public. Even pages set to public are blocked from search engines.

4.AI writing help

MiniWiki’s AI helps write and polish posts with you. The content you exchange is sent to Anthropic’s servers so the AI can respond (see the Privacy Policy for details). Anything the AI writes goes live only after you review and edit it, and you can always fill an empty page yourself without AI.

5.Please don't do these

  • Don’t write false things about other people or harass them.
  • Don’t post other people’s personal information carelessly.
  • Don’t post photos or images of other people without their consent.

6.If the promises are broken

If we confirm that these promises were broken, MiniWiki may set the page to private or suspend the account.

7.The service is still growing

MiniWiki is still being built, so features may change or pause briefly. We will let you know about important changes in advance.

8.What I upload is my responsibility

  • The posts and photos you upload to MiniWiki are your own creation, so you are responsible for their content.
  • MiniWiki is not responsible for problems caused by what you uploaded (for example, posting someone else’s writing or photos without permission, or writing things that are not true).

9.MiniWiki’s faults are MiniWiki’s responsibility

  • Problems or brief outages in the MiniWiki service itself may cause inconvenience.
  • However, if MiniWiki acted intentionally or with gross negligence, or where the law says MiniWiki is liable, MiniWiki takes responsibility.

10.Which country's law applies

These terms and your use of MiniWiki follow the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it through conversation, and if that does not work, in the court with jurisdiction under the law.
